Product Overview The SIGLENT SNA5002A Vector Network Analyzers have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 4.5 GHz,with 2 test ports. SNA5002A support RF component S parameters,time-domain parameter measurements.
The SNA5000A series VNAs acheive high performance by advanced receiver technology, feature it's high dynamic range and lower test trace noise, enable SNA5000A VNA support high rejection filter and other RF component S parameter test.
SNA5000A support multi window test and dispaly, give compsite parameter fo DUT with single connection and calibration.
With power sweep test mode, SNA5000A can give DUT input/output power compression point easily.
Time domain and advanced TDR test function are used for high speed digtial component test, conducting mismatch distance analysis and Eye diagram test.
SNA5000A feature over 125dB test dynamic range which is critical for high rejection filter test.
SNA5000A support embeding and de-embeding analysis function, simulating virtual matching circle or different port impedance.
